A Production Company offering remarkable content Founded in 2011 by Sebastián Benalcázar, cinematographer and member of the Ecuadorian Association of Photographers, Peacock Films is a reflection of his dedication and fascination for the exquisiteness of the world. Prized in Festivals and Film Markets worldwide, Peacock Films creates striking visual content for clients and independent filmmakers. Established in Quito – Ecuador, and based in London as well, Peacock Films promotes diversity by developing and broadcasting content internationally, offering a variety of services with a team of collaborators from around the world. Talent is at the heart of Peacock Films business. The team is comprised of skilled and experienced creative professionals, each mastering in a specific area of the audio-visual industry. .

CEO/Director/DoP

Ecuadorian. B.A. in Filmmaking with a minor in photography, at San Francisco de Quito University. M.A. in Cinematography at Met Film School London. Active member of the Ecuadorian Association of Photographers. Screened and awarded his films in different international festivals. He loves new media and interactive art.

Haya Barghout

Producer

Lebanese. B.A. Communication and Media Studies at American University of Beirut. M.A. in Business and Production at Met Film School London. She has a strong background in TV and Live Shows productions in some of the best channels around the world. She loves her car.

Ana Carolina Revelo

Producer / Public Relations

Ecuadorian. B.A. in International Relations, Organisational Communication and Public Relations with a minor in Psychology and Philosophy at USFQ. M.A in Communication Agencies and Public Relations applied to Political Communications at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with exchange at New York University. She loves traveling and pets.

Juan José Alomía

Ecuadorian. B.A. in Filmmaking with a minor in Journalism at San Francisco de Quito University. He produces and develops different type of contents for digital media. He loves philosophy and new media.

Director / PR

Belgian. B.A. Business, Management, and Marketing at London Metropolitan University. M.A. in Film Directing at Met Film School. Experienced in management and creative development. She loves modern art.

       

Nicole Herrera

Director

Ecuadorian / German. B.A. in Filmmaking with a minor in Psychology at San Francisco de Quito University. She has worked in some of the most relevant productions in Ecuador, from films to commercials. She is currently working on her last short film and continues writing her first feature film. She loves animals.

Jota Salazar

Video Post-Production / VFX

Ecuadorian. B.A. in Filmmaking at San Francisco de Quito University. M.A. in Animation and Visual Effects at ESCAC. He has worked in a variety of projects and platforms, mastering different type of software for post-production. He loves hot chocolate.

Diego Benalcazar

Audio Post-production

Ecuadorian. B.A. in Sound Production with a minor in Music at San Francisco de Quito University. M.A. in Audio Production at Westminster University. Visiting Lecturer at Westminster University. He has worked in a wide range of platforms, from films up to video games. He loves cooking.

Priscila Zumarraga

Production Designer / Director

Ecuadorian. B.A. in Filmmaking at San Francisco de Quito University. She has worked in the art department of the most successful Ecuadorian feature films. She loves Korean culture.

Paolo De Battista

Director

Italian. B.A. in English and American Literature and History. M.A. in Film Directing at Met Film School London. His background comes from advertisement productions and a personal taste for experimental visual projects.
